China Telecom has implemented new rules for SMS-content.

• Filtering of phonennumbers and URLs (starting 20th of May 2025)
  Messages containing unregistered numbers or URLs can be blocked.
  
• Content template verification. (starting June 1st)
  All content must be preregistered as templates to ensure delivery.

Do note that this is currently only affecting China Telecom users. China Mobile and China Unicom are not affected for now.
