TDC provider is having issues with MO/MT traffic: (resolved)

TDC is currently experiencing technical difficulties with their SMS service.
Impact: They are not able to send out SMS messages to recipients on their network. Nor are they able to forward incoming SMS messages sent from users on their network.
As an intermediate solution, we have rerouted TDC outgoing SMS traffic to alternative providers, however this does not seem to work.
Traffic sent via TDC before the switch may be delayed or lost. And traffic sent from users on TDC network may be delayed or lost.
Status: TDC has resolved their issue, We will continue to monitor the situation.
