Tre is currently experiencing technical difficulties with their SMS service.
Impact: They are not able to send out SMS messages to recipients on their network. Nor are they able to forward incoming SMS messages sent from users on their network.
As an intermediate solution, we are not able to reroute Tre outgoing SMS traffic to alternative providers, because the issue is on the network iteself.
Traffic sent via Tre before the switch may be delayed or lost. And traffic sent from users on Tre network may be delayed or lost.
