Tre is currently experiencing technical difficulties with its SMS service.
Impact: They are not able to send out SMS messages to recipients on their network. Nor are they able to forward incoming SMS messages sent from users on their network.
As an interim solution, we are unable to reroute Tre’s outgoing SMS traffic to alternative providers, because the issue lies with the network itself.
Traffic sent via Tre before the switchover may be delayed or lost. And traffic sent from users on the Tre network may be delayed or lost.
