TDC (Nuuday) experienced SMS delivery problems on July 2, 2026. TDC subscribers in Denmark may have experienced delays in message delivery and rejected (undelivered) messages on that day. According to TDC, the issue was resolved on July 2 at 17:10 CEST.

We experience delivery issues to Belgium, Italy and New Zealand with one of the teleproviders in these countries. We are currently switching to alternate/backup teleproviders in these countries.

Tre is currently experiencing technical difficulties with their SMS service. Impact: They are not able to send out SMS messages to recipients on their network. Nor are they able to forward incoming SMS messages sent from users on their network. As an intermediate solution, we are not able to reroute Tre outgoing SMS traffic to alternative providers, because the issue is on the network iteself. Traffic sent via Tre before the switch may be delayed

TDC was experiencing technical difficulties with their SMS service. Impact: They were periodically not able to send out SMS messages to recipients on their network. Issue was detected at 01-05-2026 05:00 and TDC redirected traffic at 01-05-2026 08:45. Status: The issue is fixed and we will keep an eye on the traffic. Resolved at 01-05-2026 09:55.

Telenor is currently experiencing technical difficulties with their SMS service.  Impact: They are not able to send out SMS messages to recipients on their network. Nor are they able to forward incoming SMS messages sent from users on their network.   As an intermediate solution, we have rerouted Telenor outgoing SMS traffic to alternative providers, until the issue is resolved.    Traffic sent via Telenor before the switch may be delayed or lost. And traffic sent from users on Telenor network may be delayed or lost.  Status: Was working again at 16:14 but stopped working again

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our services Impact: Everything is down, and customers are therefor not able to add SMS messages for send out.  Solution: We are actively working to resolve the issue.  Status: The problem started at 22.01.2026 13:30 Issue was resolved at 22.01.2026 14:56 We advise customers to resend any affected messages.

Norlys(Telia) is currently experiencing technical difficulties with their SMS service.  Impact: They are not able to send out SMS messages to recipients on their network. Nor are they able to forward incoming SMS messages sent from users on their network.   As an intermediate solution, we have rerouted Norlys(Telia) outgoing SMS traffic to alternative providers, until the issue is resolved.    Traffic sent via Norlys(Telia) before the switch may be delayed or lost. And traffic sent from users on Norlys(Telia) network may be delayed or lost.  Status: Routing swapped back, we
