Operating status

TDC (Nuuday) experienced SMS delivery issues on July 2, 2026. TDC subscribers in Denmark may have experienced delays in message delivery and rejected (undelivered) messages on that day. According to TDC, the issue was resolved on July 2 at 5:10 p.m. CEST.

We are experiencing delivery issues to Belgium, Italy, and New Zealand with one of the telecommunications providers in those countries. We are currently switching to alternative or backup telecommunications providers in those countries.

Tre is currently experiencing technical difficulties with its SMS service. Impact: It is unable to send SMS messages to recipients on its network. Nor is it able to forward incoming SMS messages sent by users on its network. As a temporary solution, we are unable to reroute Tre’s outgoing SMS traffic to alternative providers, because the issue lies within the network itself. Traffic sent via Tre before the switch may be delayed

TDC was experiencing technical difficulties with its SMS service. Impact: The company was periodically unable to send SMS messages to recipients on its network. The issue was detected on May 1, 2026, at 5:00 a.m., and TDC redirected traffic on May 1, 2026, at 8:45 a.m. Status: The issue has been resolved, and we will continue to monitor traffic. Resolved on May 1, 2026, at 9:55 a.m.

Telenor is currently experiencing technical difficulties with their SMS service. Impact: They are not able to send out SMS messages to recipients on their network. Nor are they able to forward incoming SMS messages sent from users on their network.   As an intermediate solution, we have rerouted Telenor outgoing SMS traffic to alternative providers, until the issue is resolved. Traffic sent via Telenor before the switch may be delayed or lost. And traffic sent from users on Telenor network may be delayed or lost. Status: Was working again at 16:14 but stopped working again

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our services Impact: Everything is down, and customers are therefore unable to add SMS messages for sending. Solution: We are actively working to resolve the issue. Status: The problem started at 22.01.2026 13:30 Issue was resolved at 22.01.2026 14:56 We advise customers to resend any affected messages.

Norlys (Telia) is currently experiencing technical difficulties with their SMS service. Impact: They are unable to send SMS messages to recipients on their network. Nor are they able to forward incoming SMS messages sent from users on their network.   As an intermediate solution, we have rerouted Norlys(Telia) outgoing SMS traffic to alternative providers, until the issue is resolved. Traffic sent via Norlys(Telia) before the switch may be delayed or lost. And traffic sent from users on Norlys(Telia) network may be delayed or lost. Status: Routing swapped back, we
